Peanut Butter Blondie

YOU GUYS! This BLONDIE IS OFF THE CHAIN 🤤 Peanut butter and Yes Please Vanilla Protein? It's a YES from us! 

Makes: 12 slices 
Ingredients: 

1/2 cup plain flour
1/4 cup instant oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 scoop (30g) Yes Please Vanilla Protein Powder
Âľ - 1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp shredded coconut
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup runny peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 cup choc chips (optional)

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
  2. Add everything into one bowl and using a whisk, combine well. If needing extra milk, add in smaller amounts.
  3. If you want a little extra fun, add some sprinkles to the top of the blondie.
  4. Place into a lined baking tin and place into the oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Allow to cool and slice! Store in the fridge.
