Choc Caramel Swirl Brownie

Chocolate Batter

  • 1 cup of tahini - stirred well
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp Night Night Hot Choc Caramel
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Caramel Swirl

  • 1 & 1/2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Night Night Hot Choc Caramel
  • 1-2 tbsp milk of choice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius and line a 20cm X 20cm baking tin with baking paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together tahini, eggs, maple syrup & vanilla. Add in the cocoa powder, hot choc & baking powder and combine well. Pour batter into baking tray.
  3. In another small mixing bowl, mix together caramel swirl ingredients, start with 1 tbsp of milk and add more to bake a smooth batter, spoon dollops of caramel swirl on top of the chocolate batter & make swirls using a butter knife.
  4. Bake for 22-24 minutes.
